This will be a short blog post, especially for those who have visited the Apex Retreat. I know a lot of you have been asking some of my team members if I sell the hand scrub that is in our bathroom and they have been passing the message along. As many of you know by now if you have visited our wellness retreat and commented about the aromas along the way, I am a Certified Aromatherapist and most certainly enjoy creating unique blends for our place in general.
The Hand Scrub on the bathroom sink is one of those. I see many of you have enjoyed using it during your visit as I keep refilling the jar and it is getting emptier faster each time. 😁
So, for those who asked if I sell the product, my answer is not at this time, however, I will provide you with the recipe so you can create your own with a few simple ingredients from your pantry!
Let me know if you have any questions!
And don't forget to be on the lookout for upcoming workshops on Aromatherapy and more!
Exfoliating Hand Scrub
1/2 cup Raw Cane Sugar
1/4 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil (or any vegetable carrier oil of your choice)
10-15 drops Total of Essential Oils Of Choice
Fill a 4oz jar with raw can sugar. Blend the Fractionated Coconut Oil with the Essential Oil first, then add to sugar and mix. Add more carrier oil if needed until desired consistency. Use a small spatula or spoon to scoop out scrub and exfoliate clean hands. Do not allow water to fall in. Use within 2 months.
